Burlington’s Pearl

Welcome to Pearl Street in Burlington, Ontario, where innovation meets elegance, and style seamlessly intertwines with functionality.

From the outset, there was an instant connection between the Louise and the client, leading to a smooth and enjoyable collaboration. The client, with a discerning eye for luxury and elegance, was very detailed and had a clear vision for a sleek, modern aesthetic in both the kitchen and bathroom.

Louise was not only involved in selecting the kitchen and bathroom elements but also played a significant role in choosing lighting, colours, and furniture throughout the condo.

In the kitchen, AGT Panels were chosen for their flawless, high-end quality, with a soft white colour for the doors that featured a self-closing system. The custom-designed drawer fronts were crafted with a 45-degree angled top edge for easy opening, while the interior was made from Hard Rock Maple laminate with dovetail drawers. Floating shelves at the coffee station and a niche in the master bedroom were made from rift-cut white oak, stained in a natural hue. The custom hood cover was also crafted from AGT and rift-cut white oak materials.

The countertops were made from 2-inch Silestone with a stunning mitered waterfall edge. Built-in appliances allowed for custom fridge and dishwasher panels, resulting in a flawless, seamless appearance. In the living room, Dekton—an ultra-compact, carbon-neutral porcelain with the appearance of natural stone—was used for the wall where the television is set, creating a truly modern look.

Attention to detail was paramount in the design of the Master Ensuite and powder room vanities. The cabinets, made of white oak with dovetail drawer bases, were beautifully accented with mirrors and wall sconces.

This project was a joy for Louise to work on, and she treasures the experience.
