Every room Louise designed in this brand new build was designed for functionality blended seamlessly with style.

The kitchen has all the elements of a traditional, homey kitchen, with all the style of a modern design, featuring cabinets all the way to the ceiling, including double stackable uppers with glass inserts at the top. Some of the other gorgeous features in this kitchen are the spice rollouts on either side of the built-in cook top and the dark blue island base, adding flair to the design. Between the kitchen and dining room, there's a custom servery with storage for wine and spirits, an additional sink, and a separate bar fridge. This addition to the kitchen makes hosting a breeze, whether used for prep work or as a bar to serve guests from.

The same design principles run through the master bath, which features his-and-hers sinks on a cabinet with furniture kicks, tying in some classic elements to make the room feel warm and comfortable. The gorgeous countertop and polished hardware bring it all together to create a spa-like oasis.

Custom cabinetry in the laundry room makes for a functional and completely unique space, as well, where the clients requested a bar above the laundry appliances to give them built in hanging and drying space. The unique accent gives the homeowners the ability to organize and hang as they do their laundry. The cabinetry and counter surrounding the appliances and sink make the room's design seem purposeful - and makes the chore of laundry seem much less tedious!
